Real Estate Services

Compensation for real estate services — including commissions and any fees — is governed by the written listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or other service agreement signed between you and Wild Olive Realty. The terms of that agreement, not this website, control how and when compensation is earned and whether any amount is refundable.

Website Purchases

We do not currently sell goods, digital products, or paid subscriptions directly through this website. Our Wild Olive newsletter is free to join and free to leave at any time.

Deposits & Payments

Earnest money, escrow deposits, and similar funds in a real estate transaction are held and disbursed according to the purchase agreement and applicable Tennessee law and escrow procedures. Any refund of such funds is determined by the terms of the contract and the instructions of the parties or escrow holder, not by this website.
