Refund Policy

Wild Olive Realty is a real estate brokerage. Most compensation and fee terms are governed by signed listing, buyer representation, referral, or other service agreements.

Brokerage commissions: Unless a written agreement states otherwise, brokerage commissions are earned under the terms of the applicable agreement and are typically payable at closing. Once earned, commissions are generally non-refundable.

Third-party costs: Fees paid to third parties (for example, inspectors, appraisers, lenders, title/escrow providers, photography, staging, or marketing vendors) are outside our control and are generally non-refundable through Wild Olive Realty.

Cancellations and early termination: If you cancel services or terminate representation, any refund rights depend on your signed agreement and applicable law. Administrative, marketing, and out-of-pocket costs already incurred may not be refundable.
